Good work so far Tom, your soundscape succeeds in creating the mood of mystery and tension that you describe in your sonic concept.
However, at the moment your SFX don’t really help the viewer understand your narrative of a fisherman struggling with a creature. You might consider how you could create the sound of a struggle in water – lots of splashing, perhaps? There are also a couple of frames in your animatic that look like someone is screaming, and these would be ideal frames to punctuate with an appropriate sound effect as this would help draw the viewer into the world you are trying to create.
Think about how you might create a sense of progression through the narrative – how will you build tension for the viewer as they progress through the story?
