I was testing whether or not to have one continuous shot (above) of the spore landing and the gametophyte growing or having this as two separate shots (below).
I wonder if the answer is to keep it as one complete shot, but as the gametophyte grows, the camera moves up and over it more so we get a better sense of it being characteristically heart shaped, and therefore creating a stronger visual composition?
